They are Japanese. I know it cause I'm a die hard Anime fan. He just said "Kimochi" which means It feels good and "Sugee" which means awesome/cool or whatsoever.

He said 'maskehtah', which means delicious. He also asked 'gwenchanah?' which means , 'are you okay?" And at the end, he said 'arraso', and that means alright. Korean, not Japanese.

first and second words in the video are suke and suge meaning awesome. At about 15 min he is saying a iku meaning oh I'm going to cum. Anyway, it's Japanese. I don't know how you're hearing Korean lol
